Struggling to Keep Up with Minimum Wage Updates? Let's Share and Discuss Here

Hi Friends, as HR professionals, we have become more alert, and we are maintaining the brand reputation of our organization with proper compliance. Compliance with minimum wages is one of those aspects. Unfortunately, none of the state governments or the Union Ministry of Labour is serious about providing information on the latest changes on their websites. The minimum wages we know are through searching online, and even that is not updated frequently.

I request all team members to upload a scanned copy of the notification of minimum wages here. This will help the entire HR fraternity. Thereafter, we can discuss it further as well.

One such notification I found is attached herewith. Kindly attach as much as possible and let's help each other.

You may find all the revised minimum wages on: www.paycheck.in. The official gazetted copies are regularly posted on citehr.com by our fellow HR friends. You may refer to these posts regularly.

Kindly find another attachment for the Maharashtra notification. The diary was good, but I have opened this discussion purely for discussing minimum wages. I request members to keep your discussion limited to Minimum Wages only.

Minimum Wage Details Update

This is a one-year-old minimum wage detail. I have the list of minimum wages, which indicates the minimum wage limit up to December 31, 2011. The list shows a completely different amount for the purpose.
