This should be put in proper context. Lots of people dream and are capable of good thought leadership but have extremely poor execution. There is a saying that goes like this -"Dreaming/thinking without execution is a fantasy. Execution without dreaming/thinking is a nightmare".

Dreams are the power for changing the world. History belongs to dreamers as well.
The harder you work by day, the more realistic your dreams are at night. My experience is that a dream is a wish to accomplish something.
