I completed my B.Tech graduation in 2009. Subsequently, I joined the BPO sector in March 2010 and worked there until November 2011. Following that, I received a job offer in the IT field as a fresher. Despite having a 2-month notice period at the BPO, the new company required me to join within a week. I had no other option but to comply, although I did not disclose the entire truth. Instead, I stated that I could not continue in the role due to health issues. Unfortunately, I faced challenges in obtaining a proper relieving process, and as a result, I had to abscond from the BPO. Consequently, I was unable to procure my 20-month experience certificate from that organization.
My concern is whether this 2.5-year career break will pose any issues for my future prospects.
