1. Induction & Joining Formalities
• Plan, organize, and conduct induction programs for new joiners.
• Complete the joining formalities, i.e., collect the required documents and create a login ID for attendance.

4. Attendance, Payroll & Salary Administration
• Maintain employee attendance in the Time Management System and generate attendance reports online for the salary process.
• Coordinate with finance for the monthly payroll system, making necessary entries for new joiners, separation cases, and unpaid leave.
• Follow up with the bank for timely credit of salary and issue salary slips.
5. HR Policies
• Implement, review, redesign, and introduce HR manuals with policies and upload them into the systems.
6. HR Administration & Welfare
• Offer release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, and sending details to the support staff.
• Clarify employee grievances and various issues/queries on leave policy and salary payment.
• Maintain the notice board with information about "Thought of the Day" messages, Employee of the Month announcements, and articles on a weekly and fortnightly basis.
• Maintain HR files and employee information in various reports like employee databases, employee CVs, and prepare all HR letters and certificates.
7. Full & Final Settlement and Exit Process
• Conduct exit interviews for resigned, quit, or terminated employees.
• Coordinate and manage the Full & Final Settlement with the help of the finance division and send circulars to other departments at the time of an employee's relieving. (Employees will be relieved only after the reporting head signs the No Due Certificate and Exit Form.)
• Analyze issues by giving warnings verbally or in writing by issuing warning letters up to the termination of employees due to continuous absenteeism, no prior intimation before taking leaves, inability to reach assigned targets, lack of ownership, and responsibility.
8. Compensation
• Understand the salary structure and work with it (for example, basic should not exceed 50% of the gross).
• Handle selection policies, attendance management systems, exit interviews, transfers, and redeployments as per staffing projections.
• Handle salary negotiations, increments, and compensation administration.
