What Interview Questions Should My Friend Expect for LIC-AAO in the Public Sector?

Hello All, One of my friends has cleared the written exam for the AAO position in LIC and has a personal interview likely next week. I just wanted to know what the probable questions might be that can be asked in the Public Sector. Though I know about the private sector, I have no clue what might be asked there. Please help if you know about the same. I do not want to guide him wrong; hence, I thought of taking help from here.
