I am considering starting an HR staffing consultancy company and I have a few questions:
1) How to start?
2) How to collect information to build a database of clients and industries' requirements?
3) What are the current trends in the staffing industry?
4) What is the maximum capital required to start a consultancy?

First, it's better to get training in a good consultancy. Then, you can find out the solution to your query. Without experience, you can't shine in this field. You need more contacts and networks.
