Is It Okay to Transfer an Employee's Salary to a Relative's Bank Account?

Hi All, We have an employee who wants his salary to be transferred to his brother's bank account since he doesn't have an account in the bank that has online transfer facilities (Local Bank). Is it OK to transfer his salary to his brother's account since he has requested to do so?

No. If he doesn't have any account in the bank, then it's better to give a cheque/pay order, or even you can issue a voucher for this month. However, you should not transfer the money into his brother's account as he is not the employee.
