Hi,

An employee retention plan is a strategy to retain employees within organizations by providing various monetary or non-monetary benefits. The key is to formulate various employee retention plans and implement them effectively. Organizations often offer Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), Mediclaim benefits, retirement benefits, children's education benefits, accommodation benefits, free meal facilities, pick-up and drop services, various recreational facilities at work, holiday packages, and more. The list of possible benefits is endless.
