Can I Withdraw My PF and Pension Fund After Resignation? What Happens if I Keep It for 10 Years?

I have been working with a private company for 3 years. Can I withdraw my PF along with the pension fund after resignation, and what documents are required for the same?

Future of PF Account if Continued for 10 Years

What happens if I continue my service or maintain the PF account for 10 years? Please give me expert advice.

With Regards.

You may avail yourself of the one-time withdrawal benefit from EPS. After completing 10 years in EPS, a one-time withdrawal is not possible. Instead, you will be eligible for a monthly pension.

Referring to your query, you can withdraw the amount from both employees and employers, i.e., the amount held in the Pension Fund at 8.33% from EPFO after submission of Form 19 & 10 C along with Form 5 & 10, Form 3 A of the current accounting year, and a Xerox copy of the first page of the SB Account Passbook or an unused cheque to the respective office. The amount will be directly deposited by EPFO within 30 days into your SB Account through ECS or an account payee cheque.

You are not eligible for the amount in the Pension Fund after 10 years of service. You are eligible for a pension after the completion of 58 years.
