This info regarding update thier corrcet name in pf form-2...some emplyees wrote their name wrong ...so when they wnt to withdrw money its create the problam..
2nd notice.. to update thier present & parmanet address for our recorde maintain..

It is a simple letter. you may add any more particulars as youneed depending on the employmt
