Respected Seniors, kindly guide me on how to draft a notice to inform employees regarding updating their name correction and their present or permanent address.

This is regarding updating the correct name in PF Form-2. Some employees wrote their names incorrectly, so when they want to withdraw money, it creates a problem.

Secondly, there is a notice to update their present and permanent address for our record maintenance.
