Martin, hello, thanks for replying. I am pursuing a course in T&D from the Indian Institute of Training and Development. In my assignment, I have this query. Of course, there are more than 5 methods for this.
I just need to know in detail: Some of the methods which I know regarding this query are:

- Interview
- Questionnaire
- Work Samples
- Simulation
- Job Performance
- Individual and group performance measures
- Individual and group behaviour measures
