What Are The Benefits Of Labour Welfare Fund For Employees & Employer

Can anyone help me to understand what are the benefits of Labour Welfare Fund to Employees & Employers i.e if organisation fulfills from compliance prospect what is expected benefits to employees.

Benefits of Labour Welfare Board:
1) Scholarship to child of covered employees under MSLWB if scored 60% or more than in:
a) SSC --> Rs. 1500/- Per year (Upt0 HSC)
b) HSC --> Rs. 2500/- Per year (Upto Graduation)
c) Graduation --> Rs. 4000/- Per year (Upto Post Graduation.)
2) Assistance upto Rs. 10K - 15K for any major disease (i.e. Cancer/ T.B. etc.)
3) Sports facility to child (i.e. Caram/ Badminton/Tennis) at nearby locality.
Required Documents: Payslip of December and June where deducted contribution is shown.)

Hi Sir,
thank you it is a good information, but how will the workers come to know, how will they claim it, is there any law which says that the works should be aware of this welfare fund. In most of the cases the workers are not aware.
