Hai Every one, Can any one please clarify my HR doubts as i need to process the work quickly, if possible can send the mail to the HRs and give me a clarified answer please.
My Business Scenario:
My organization is winding up on March 31st, a New trust came forward i.e, new management to take our organization. Here the our organization name XXXXX is changed to EKlvaya new management but the employees will be same, as per the XXXX it is closing, but Ekalvya is starting on April 1st. But the thing is the employees remains same here but the management changes. So we the management has to handover the things in a particular format to the New management. So My questions are here under
1. Formalities to be complied with when a new management wants to take ove of employees without the termiantion by the present employer.
2. What are the documents to be submitted by the HR dept or Management to the new Management.
3. How can the PF and ESI varies , is the employee can withdraw the amount or he can continue with the same number.
Please can anyone answer this scenario and please give me a solution.
