Factory And Labour Licence

Dear Seniors,
80 employees are working in our factory. We have got factory licence form no.4 , shall we apply for labour licence separately?

Dear Mr.Surya
Refer to your query, you were not mention the place of your factory. Generally there is no need to obtain Labour License separately until to engage labour through a acontractor under Contract Labour (R & A) Act - 1970 provisions, the principal employer can obtain Registration Certificate from the Registration/Licensing Officer of the Area i.e.o/o DCL or ACL of the area concerned.
