Can You Get PF & ESI Benefits with a Consolidated Pay? Seeking Advice from Peers

Hi Friends, actually, I am receiving a consolidated pay without any deductions. Could anyone please let me know if we can avail the option of PF & ESI with a consolidated pay? I was informed by our auditor that it is not possible to provide PF & ESI for a consolidated pay. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me with this.

I believe the auditor's statement may be incorrect. Salaries and wages should be covered under ESI and PF. There may not be any difference for consolidated pay; it will come under wages only. Therefore, you are eligible for ESI and PF. Please ask your HR department to resolve this issue.
