How Embracing "We" Over "I" Can Transform Team Dynamics and Build Trust

The leaders who work most effectively, it seems to me, never say "I." And that's not because they have trained themselves not to say "I." They don't think "I." They think "we;" they think "team." They understand their job to be to make the team function. They accept responsibility and don't sidestep it, but "we" get the credit. This is what creates trust, what enables you to get the task done.

Such a sincere thought. I wish that all leaders not only understand this but also implement this thought in their professional and social lives.

Nice thought. A good leader should always give credit to their team because only a good team can help the leader achieve their targets. 

Leadership comes through this. It should come in the form of an internal urge. It should be a characteristic. A leader means the presence of a group, and 'I' is individual. So 'We' gives strength.

So friends, try to make it spontaneous and characterized...
