HR QUOTE OF THE DAY(12-12-2011)-AVS's Desk.

The leaders who work most effectively, it seems to me, never say "I." And that's not because they have trained themselves not to say "I." They don't think "I." They think "we;" they think "team." They understand their job to be to make the team function. They accept responsibility and don't sidestep it, but "we" gets the credit...This is what creates trust, what enables you to get the task done.
-Peter Drucker, the legendary management consultant and author says this about teamwork:

It is true Mr. AVS. The real leaders never think about self, they always think about their team and groups.

Leaders are made, they are not born. They are made by hard effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile.

Hi AVS Sir,
Such a sincere thought. I wish that all Leaders not even should understand this, but also should implement this thought in their professional life as well as social life.

Hi Mr. AVS,
Leadership comes through this. It should come in the form of internal urge... It should be the characteristic. Leader means presence of a group and 'i' is individual. So 'We' gives strength.
So friends try to make it spontaneous/characterized .....
Regards
