I have recently joined a firm in the Retail Sector. Can anyone suggest employee engagement activities or fun at work ideas for employees working at stores in different locations? It would be great if you could suggest a few things as I am new to this industry.

Employee Engagement Programmes

The Employee Engagement Programmes suggested are:

1. Regular Weekly Meetings (about the company's values and vision. This will bridge the communication gap, which is essential in the retail format)
2. Family Event Celebrations (like visiting parents in their workplace)
3. Birthday Celebrations (You should announce the birthdays of your employees from the Customer Service Desk so that every team member can know about a particular employee's birthday.)
4. Cultural Activities (like football, carrom, etc.)
