If The Management Is Not Good Then How Can An Hr Handle An Organization

In this case the employer are uneducated and they will work only for money and people who are not thinking about management than that is very small scale industries and here you can learn some admin related activities and try to handle with the employees pleasantly and convence them and take this issue into managment when they are in good mood becz sometimes it will helps you from the mgmt and learn all labour laws to boast up ur carrer.

This is exact my situation and like many fellow members who suggested the solution is what my mentors and HR friends suggested. And the pity at my organization is that such letters have reached our management but to my dismay nothing positive came out of it.... I am also quite lost with this kind of situation
