How Do I Create a Salary Slip Without ESI and PF Deductions? Need Sample Format!

Bharathpranav
Hi, I am working in a BPO company in Chennai. I'm paid Rs. 15,000 as a monthly salary without any deductions for ESI and PF. Please help me prepare a payslip for the above pay. Can you please send me a sample format for this? Thanks in advance! I am waiting for your reply.

Mohd Azher
Regarding your query, it is not possible to generate a payslip without including authorized/statutory deductions. Omitting these deductions would be a violation of the statutory provisions that apply to your organization.

Hi Bharath, I know a little about this. Here is the formula for ESI & PF Deduction. Insert your values.

If the "Basic = 10360/- Total Gross = 15000/- PF 12% = 10360 * 12% = 1243/- ESI 1.75% = 15000 * 1.75% = 263/-

Thanks & Regards,

I do agree with Mr. V R RAO PULIPAKA that creating a false or fake salary slip is a legal offense, and as HR professionals, we must take care to ensure that such things do not happen in the industry.

Deduction of PF and ESIC in Organizations

Does it happen in any organization that both PF and ESIC are deducted? If so, how does the company deduct from the basic salary? According to what I have heard, employees earning below Rs. 15,000 get only ESIC but not PF. Does such a situation occur in organizations? Kindly suggest.
