Seeking Help: How to Write a NOC Letter for Sharing Customer Photos Online?

Hi, I am working at a restaurant where a lot of functions happen. Can somebody help with a normal NOC letter seeking permission from the guests/customers to upload their pictures on the restaurant's social networking site?

No Objection Certificate

__________, aged _ years, residing at ________________, hereby issues this No Objection Certificate to ___________ restaurant situated at _____________ to do the following:

• Take a picture of me/my family members in the public space of the restaurant
• Upload our pictures on the social networking sites of the restaurant

I hereby confirm that, through this letter, I authorize the restaurant to publish my picture on their social networking site.
