I am working with a medium sized IT firm. As you all know, marketing is one of the crucial departments for every organisation & it is the job of HR to keep the workforce motivated & satisfied in their job.
Now the problem is that as and when appraisal of marketing executive is done, their salary increment is done & thus Marketing Executive target gets increased so in a way Marketing Manager target also gets increased. So now in my organisation Marketing Managers are reluctant for their executives salary increment. The environment is totally demotivated among managers.
In our organisation incentive structure is good enough for executives & managers to motivate them & work harder to achieve targets. Apart from incentives, what other non monetary benefits/perks can we provide to Managers so that work environment & & motivation level does not get disturbed.
