This event is going to be a regular affair. There is no special invite for this event. Everything is happening in the cite hr forum itself. Keep watching this forum for the next event.

Hi Shweta,

It is happening in different places. All Cite HR members are locally arranging this type of event. It happened in Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Delhi. Now, Delhi Cite HR members are organizing the event on 19th August.

This was the Bangalore event, which took place at Alliance Business Academy, Bangalore. A few Cite HR members joined together and organized this event with very good planning and coordination. We received great support from our sponsors Alliance Business Academy, Affiliates HR Consultants, and our media partner, Businessgyan.com.

In fact, we would like to hold similar events in the future and are also considering a nationwide meet.

The registration was started at 3.30 pm.

Media Partners Businessgyan gave a complimentary copy of their Magazine “Businessgyan” to all the participants.

Affiliates Recruitment Consultants has given a CD containing their profile along with some useful info, utilities, Fun games etc, which is useful to all the HR people in thier day to day work life to all the participants.

The programme started at 4 pm with the introduction by Ms.Shilpa.

Mr.Sathyanarayan has welcomed the gathering.

Mr. Philip Rajan, Vice-President of Fides Global Consultants shared his views on Campus to Corporate with his practical experiences while recruiting the candidates from campus.

Gathering was break for Tea & Snacks at 5.

Ms.Yeshasvini R. Director, People Practices of e2e Biz Solutions, Bangalore, highlighted with some surveys done by IMA on Retention. She also highlighted the retention to marriage and family relationship.

Then Mr.Dipankar Choudhury, CEO of Ygen Finishing School, have given his presentation and emphasized about bridging the gap in campus to corporate.

Students of Alliance Business Academy have given a presentation about their institute and its association with various international institutions.

Dr.Krishnamurthy, Director of Alliance Business Academy shared his experiences in context with HR.

Interactive & suggestion session concluded with wonderful feedbacks.

Archana & Prakash felicitated the guest speakers by presenting a small gift from the organizers.

Finally the event came to an end with the vote of thanks by Umesh.

The event was great success than the expectation.

We thank you all for the support given by you and joining us for a such wonderful event.

We will be organising next event during September in Bangalore.

Thank you. Right now, we don't have a plan to do it in Aurangabad. However, you can join us at our next Bangalore meet or else you can join the Mumbai meet.
