Stuck in a Service Bond: Should I Risk Leaving Without Notice for a Better Job?

swati2328
I am working at XYZ company and have a service bond of 2 years. However, due to the low payment, I am unable to continue working here. I have requested HR to release me, but she threatened me by not providing an experience letter and creating a worst-case scenario for me. I have another job offer, and they are willing to hire me even without an experience letter. I have over 1.5 years of experience in IT and can manage to obtain an experience letter from the new company.

Dilemma: Should I Join the New Company?

What should I do? Should I join the new company and leave my current job without notice? What problems might arise in the future? Please reply to me as soon as possible.

Discuss with your current HR and pay the notice period or bond. You may communicate this to your new company and try to get it reimbursed by them. Without a relieving letter, it will affect you in the long run.
