Am I Eligible for a Bonus After Leaving My Job? Seeking Clarity on Company Policy

trueskill
I would like to know the eligibility for a bonus. I was working with XYZ company from Aug '06 to May '08. I received a bonus for the period from Aug '06 to Mar '07. However, from Apr '07 to May '08, I didn't receive it. I left the organization in May '08, and even in my F&F settlement, I didn't receive the bonus. When I inquired about the same, they said I was not eligible. I would like to know the eligibility.

Thank you.
