A Greenfield project is essentially a completely new beginning for the company, starting from scratch. In this type of assignment, HR plays a critical role and involves conducting a survey of the area, including processes such as the cost of living, amenities, availability of resources (manpower), and transportation. It also considers the lifestyle, political influences, mindset of the people, perception towards industries, criticality of deploying people, and other core HR activities.
