HR Audit In Hospitals.

rashe_ss
Respected Seniors,
I am working in a public hospital as an Asst Hospital Administrator. I would like to know:
1) How beneficial is HR audit in a hospital industry?
2) What parameters should be considered while conducting an HR audit?
3) What should be the frequency of such audit?
4) Also does HR audit covers a check point on manpower planning as well.
5) Are there financial benefits as well of conducting such an audit.
Kindly guide me so that i can implement it in my organization if feasible.
