My HR manager gave me a self-appraisal form. Now, please provide some tips for filling it out.
The questions are as follows:
1. List out the main areas of responsibility being performed by you during the review period.
2. State your major contributions in the above-mentioned areas during the review period and factors contributing to your performance.
3. What are the organizational and personal constraints that have hindered your performance, and what suggestions do you have to remove these constraints to enhance performance?
4. What, according to you, have been your strengths? To what extent have these been utilized to improve job performance?
5. What type of assignment or which part of your present job interests you the most? Also, suggest and elaborate on any other area of work you feel you could contribute to more effectively.
6. What kind of training do you think you need to make your job more satisfying and meaningful? In what way would the training help you?
7. Details of efforts made by you towards self-development, new skills acquired by you through extra qualifications after joining this company, or through experience.
