The Crane accident PPT was in my library which I shared. I do not know the any other details.
We are about to start few constructions at our works where Forklifts, Hydra, pocklain, earth movers and other mobile equipments might be used.
we have initiated the HIRA for the same. May be by the end of this week we shall establish operational controls for use of these equipments.

Please see the attached Hydra crane checklist; Operational instruction of the crane must be available in crane manual then you need to follow basic safety precaution while use cranes.
