Looking for Fun Dussehra and Diwali Activities Beyond Dandiya – Any Suggestions?

Can anybody suggest some good activities for the celebration of Dussehra and Diwali apart from Dandiya?

There are many small businesses or NGOs that sell Diwali cards, diyas, and other decorations. You could invite them to your organization to hold a Diwali sale. Additionally, you could decorate the office or reception with rangoli and other traditional decorations for Diwali. Consider having a traditional dress day one day before Diwali and awarding the best-dressed employee. Distributing sweets in the office or organizing a puja could also be a nice gesture.

For Dussehra, you could have employees make Ravan effigies and burn them the day before the festival. I hope these suggestions help you create a festive atmosphere and celebrate joyfully.
