Fresh HR Processes In A Startup

Hi Guys,
I am fairly new to the forum....I am a part of a Software start-up firm and needed some guidance on the kinds of HR Processes required to be implemented immediately in a start-up. Any valued inputs would be highly appreciated.

First you have to study the current process in your firm if there is any..or we can start from the first...You can do the job description for each employees & prepare attendance register, employee hand book, employee data collection , offer letter formats, appointment letter formats, appraisal forms,salary report etc...
