Hi, I am fairly new to the forum. I am part of a software startup firm and need some guidance on the kinds of HR processes required to be implemented immediately in a startup. Any valued inputs would be highly appreciated.

First, you have to study the current process in your firm, if there is any, or we can start from the beginning. You can create job descriptions for each employee, prepare an attendance register, an employee handbook, collect employee data, and create formats for offer letters, appointment letters, appraisal forms, salary reports, etc.
