Request for Assistance with Key Result Areas (KRAs)

I am working at one of the reputed MNC companies in Ahmedabad in the HR Department. Currently, I am working on a project for Key Result Areas (KRAs) for all the departments and I am seeking some assistance from you.

We have various departments listed below:
- HR Department
- IT Department
- Purchase Department
- Production Department
- Control & Automation Department
- Service (Customer Support) Department
- Sales (Marketing) Department
- Design Department
- Account Department
- R&D Department
- OPT (Order Processing Team) Department
- MRP (Material Resource Planning) Department
- QA & QC Department
- Tool Crib Department
- Store Department

I have the individual responsibility of preparing KRAs for all these departments. However, I am lacking ideas in this area. If anyone can provide insights, please guide me in this endeavor.

I have already prepared the KRAs for the HR and Purchase departments. Now, I am looking for ideas for KRAs and associated activities for the remaining departments.

Understanding Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Key Result Areas (KRAs) play a vital role during performance reviews and gap analysis. Managers use KRAs to review employee performance, assign ratings, and conduct appraisals. For any employee, understanding their KRAs is essential to know their specific role within a particular designation. I hope this information provides you with a basic understanding of KRAs.

Experts, please correct me if I am wrong.

Regards,
HR.

You are right. KRAs are also helpful when an employee needs training. However, I need some basic ideas. I have prepared KRAs for the HR and Logistics Departments, but I am struggling to come up with ideas for the Sales, C&A Dept., and Design Dept. I would appreciate your help in generating some ideas.
