The best method in performance appraisal is 360 degree appraisal. But Most of the companies won't follow this method for appraisal. Because it's involves huge cost and huge time taking process.
But the advantage with this method is -- the data which we receives is 100% accurate.
And applying this method in any sector , it's very good move by the management in the organization because they are considering feedback on employee from every side of the organization.
