SWOT Stands for --
S - Strengths
W- Weaknesses
O- Opportunities and
T- Threats .
SWOT Analysis can be done for an Individual / Company / Industry /Business or for any Department say HR in your case. You and your team members need to sit down and have a detail discussion under each points .
Here one imp point to remember is -- the entire analysis aims at converting Weaknesses in to Strengths and Threats in to Opportunities .
Balance Score Card is one of the very popular and widely used system for Performance Measurement. The info provided by Phani ( Above) will come handy to you. You can have your own parameters relevant for your Organisation and Department.
