Need PPT On Linkedin And Facebook For Recruitment

Good Morning!!!
I have been asked to give presentation on linkedin and facebook usefulness in our HR Resource, it should be major in recruitment. That means how we can use likedin and facebook techniques for recruiting people.
So do anyone is using this technique in day today life.
Or has anyone given such kind of presentation in your office. Please help me out. I need to make a ppt. Orelse give me suggestion so that i will make ppt and circulate among you all.

With linkedin, you get to understand the candidates experiences, profile, his/her interests.
The recommendations given by colleagues/superiors etc., on the profile of the person would be of great help.

Facebook & LinkedIn, both can be used for recruitment, but on linkedin you will get know about the professional background of a person. With the facebook, you may get to know the same info but it would take lot of time. LinkedIn would be a great help. I can try getting some info on the same.

Linkedin and Facebook are two different communities but yes it is acceptable and can be used for recruitment purpose but in a manner.

Linkedin is a professional community or say for professional but facebook is social site and as well know that there is a big difference between social site and professional site.

One can get numbers of professionals on linkedin but cant get easily on facebook though using facebook page for specially this kind of purpose can play a big role in it. We can found many business association, institutions, and other professionals from different different areas/sectors/field active on facebook today but one cant get this much space on Linkedin it also a very important community.
