How Do You Keep Flawless Leave Records in a Small Company? Seeking Advice!

This is Mohan, working in a small fabrication company. I need to maintain perfect leave records of all our employees. Please provide me with any information or guidance you may have.

Thank you for your quick support. We are major contractors with M/s IOCL and BPCL (currently in a growing stage). We will be executing projects all over India by hiring new manpower as needed. Typically, our projects last from 6 to 12 months.

Leave Facilities and Management

When it comes to leave facilities, employees in managerial positions have been utilizing them effectively. However, some staff in lower grades have not been as diligent in this aspect.

Currently, we do not have an HR department, but we are planning to establish one soon. In the meantime, I will be tasked with setting it up. One of the main issues in our company is the lack of a structured leave management system. I require a format that can present all relevant data at once. I can further develop this format once I have a basic template to work with.
