Hello All,
Please help that how one can design a CTC with what minimum and max. % all components to be distributed??

Dear Rajat,
CTC format depend on company policy so please clear what components are company want in their format. E.g. include or not- PF admin, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave encash, Insurance, Medicaim, any policy & benefits etc.

At present we are following the current CTC format..just tried out this...

Rajat,
In tamilnadu PF enforcement officers ask us to maintain at least 60% of Basic from Gross..rest of the components you can decide..
