Designing a CTC: How Do You Decide on Minimum and Maximum Component Percentages?

Hello All, please help with how one can design a CTC with the minimum and maximum percentages for all components to be distributed?

The CTC format depends on the company policy, so please clarify which components the company requires in their format. For example, specify whether PF admin, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave encashment, Insurance, Mediclaim, any policies, and benefits are to be included.

In Tamil Nadu, PF enforcement officers ask us to maintain at least 60% of Basic from Gross. The rest of the components, you can decide.
