It's all about the basics in a personal interview. Get your basics right, which you would have learned. Stay positive and answer with confidence. There are no right or wrong answers when you are asked hypothetical questions; all they will look for is your approach towards solutions. Don't speak anything negative. When any question is put across to you, don't jump to answer immediately. Even if you know the answer at your fingertips, take a small gap after the question is ended and answer with confidence.
Body Language in a Personal Interview
Body language is very important in a personal interview. Have eye contact with the interviewer and don't play with a pen or paper in your hand. Sit at ease. Don't stress too much about the package. I am sure you must have read whatever I have said now or listened to from someone in the past, but it's always better to refresh the basics.
Wish you the best of luck with your interview! Do revert if you need further clarifications.
