Records in respect to bar,restaurant,gym,pool section and accommodation.The income generating arm of the hotel.

what sort of formats u required, please specify e.g bar,restaurant,gym,pool section and accommodation ect.

i think for that you have to visit personally in all five star hotels or you can check with them on phone.

Its a very vast subject. If you can pls specify a department like Front office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa etc. then I can give some inputs.
