How Can We Attract More Companies to Our Upcoming Job Fair in Tamil Nadu?

Dear Professionals, We are planning to conduct a Job Fair in January 2012. We are concentrating on IT/ITES/Non-IT Domains. Please guide me on how to attract more companies to our Job Fair.

About Bull'Z Job Fair:

• This mega Job Fair across Tamil Nadu is conducted to bridge the gap between deserving students and companies.

• This job fair will be conducted in the four regions of Tamil Nadu as follows: Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, and Madurai.

• Around 25,000 students are expected to attend this job fair.

Well, it's a good concept of connecting pursuing and passed-out students with employers. But, are these students EMPLOYABLE? Are they trained in desired employable skills? Kindly look into these aspects before inviting employers to participate in a job fair.

My company recruits ENGINEERS & ITI DIPLOMA HOLDERS every year, but still, we are not able to meet our requirements because SOFT SKILLS & WORKPLACE SKILLS are missing. Even though everyone is QUALIFIED, they are not competent to take up and complete assignments ON TIME.

Just consider my suggestions.
