Navigating Maternity Benefit Act Registration: What Forms Do We Need?

Our company wants to get registered under the Maternity Benefit Act. Please let me know how to proceed with it and which form is to be filled out.

There is no need to register under this act. Please go through the act and extend the facilities to the eligible employees and maintain related records.

Eligibility Under the Maternity Act

Under the Maternity Act, if the employee is not covered under ESI, they are eligible for all the facilities under the Maternity Benefit Act. If the organization is covered under the ESI Act, employees who are drawing more than Rs. 15,000/- are eligible for the benefits under this act.
