Exploring Career Opportunities in Training and Development for a Transitioning Teacher

Hello everyone, myself Anu. Currently, I am working in a school as a computer teacher. I was previously in media marketing and am now pursuing a diploma in HR. I would like to know what kind of opportunities I will have, especially in Training and Development (T&D).

Which is your interest: marketing, human resources, or teaching? These fields are entirely different from each other.

My name is Nazia, and I work as a lecturer. Now, coming to the point, there are numerous opportunities for HR students. They can work as an executive, senior executive, or HR manager, depending on their experience. If you are interested in the teaching field, you can also become a lecturer. Keep trying hard, and best of luck.

You can very well get into T&D at any point in time once you complete your DHRM. I also suggest taking up a good TTT (Train The Trainer) program, which would give you a cutting edge over others and create buy-in for your account.
