Hello everyone myself Anu Currently working in A school as a computer teacher I was earlier into media marketing n now pursuing a diploma in HR I would like to know what kind of opportunities i will have especially in T&D

1. make a brief list of training
2. use a very common language
3. don't use difficult words which can't be understand
4. if it is possible then make it on ppt
5. give the examples or pictures
6. brief them about machines which your company is using
7. ask them to put their query

my self nazia working as a lecturer.. Now coming t9o the point their are more number of oppurtunities for hr students....like they can work as executive ,senior executive,hr manager but based upon thier experience..if ur interested in teaching field u can become lecturer also.. Try hard best of luck

You can very well get into T&d at any point of time you complete your DHRM. I also suggest take up a good TTT (Train The Trainer) which would give you a cutting edge over others and create a buy-in for your account.
