How Do I Analyze and Report on My Employee Engagement Survey for Airtel Internship?

Hi, I am doing a project on employee engagement. As part of the project, I conducted a questionnaire-based survey with 70 respondents for Airtel, where I did my internship. I need urgent help on how to analyze the questionnaire and prepare a project report on the same. My questionnaire has 15 closed-ended questions rated on a 5-point Likert scale and 5 open-ended questions. Please reply ASAP!

Have you included any demographic questions? What are the aim and objectives of your study?

No, there are no demographic questions. Basic details like level (manager/assistant manager, etc.), years within the organization, and time in the current role are asked. Name and employee ID are not asked.

Aim of the Study

The aim of my study is to gauge the employee engagement level in the organization and find out what satisfies and motivates the employees to deliver better at work.
