Are Employee KRAs on Company Letterhead Necessary for Personal Files? Seeking Advice

Human Resources15
I would like to know if KRAs of the employees are written on the letterhead of the company before keeping them in the personal files, or if just a plain sheet would suffice, especially since it is also signed by the HOD.

Thanks

As Rajkumar said, I am also surprised. Internal documents can be on plain paper with proper authentication.

In earlier days, when carbon paper was used for copying, the office copies were on plain paper.

Do you mean to say that once the KRA is written and handed over to the employee, he would be solely responsible for achieving it? Otherwise, will he only be responsible for its failure? Am I right in this view?

I am a little confused with the replies. Should it be on letterhead or an authenticated plain sheet, and why? Kindly guide.

Dear All, I am confused because I don't know about the KRA process. Could you explain it clearly?

Purpose of KRA Forms

What is the purpose of obtaining KRA forms from employees?

As per me, KRAs should be on plain paper, with employee acceptance. One clause should be included stating that whenever the company needs, these KRAs can be amended while keeping the employee's posting in mind. Generally, companies don't sign any sort of KRAs with the employees.

Thanks & Regards
