Why don't you try doing a project on Compensation and Benefits? It is interesting, but you will have to do a bit of research. For example, you could choose any two companies, such as two IT companies or manufacturing companies, and conduct a comparative study on the compensation and benefits provided by the two companies. Determine which one is better. Additionally, you could share your views on the topic as a conclusion.

Just a word of caution, make sure to study only those companies from which you can obtain the necessary data.
