Regarding PF & ESI

May anybody can tell me when is the due date to submit PF & ESI monthly chalans and monthly returns.

Dear,
as per rule PF challan should be submitted before the 10th of the particular month, and form no 2, form no 12 A, Form no 5, Form no 10 should be submitted before the 25th of the particular month.

As per P.F Rule the monthly challan should deposite before 15th of every month & monthly return uder p.f should submitted before 25th of every month in the form of 12A( revisied) along with form No. 5 (new member join the est.)during the month, form 10 (detail of left member during the month)& form 2 (Nomination Detail of Member) & orignal copy of Challan.
As per the rule of ESIC the monthly challan should deposite before the 21th of every month.
in esic their is no monthly return .

Dear Friend,
PF-Last date of challan deposited 15th of every month. but deposited thought cheque than clear date must be before 20th of every month.
Form 5/10 & 2- Last date of submission is 15th of every month.
12A along with Challan- Last date 25th of every month
