I am looking for a good Compensation & Benefit Analyst course that will provide value addition, has a demand in the job market (branded certificates), and offers other benefits. Please suggest.

Hi Manish and others,

Not many organizations have 'certified' courses in C&B. I have come across one, though. There is a 'Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager' by Middle Earth Consultants in affiliation with Carlton University of Management. (I'm not sure of the university.)

I have attended this course, and it's really good. After the two-day workshop, you can choose whether you want to go for certification. In that case, you will be given an assignment and a test. Based on that, you will receive the certification. The course fee is 16k with or without certification. You can check their website for more details.

Thank you for the information. However, there were several emails regarding the fraud, such as:

1) Middle Earth Consultants is a Fraud Company - The affiliation they have with Carlton Advance Management Institute in the USA. There is no such institute in the USA.

2) The certificates are printed in India, and the assessments are carried out by their own internal staff.

Could you shed some light on the above?
