can somebody help me about making a payroll system? the structure of a payroll system? give me some attachments of this system so that i can have my idea about payroll system.

I am in process of developing SOPs for various SA matter e.g. Child labour, forced labour , bribery corruption, blackmailing etc for my company
Can any one help and guide me how to prepare the SOPs for these , though all these matters are in practice in my company but there is no written SOPs
