Payment Of C-off & Leave Encashment

Dear All,
Good Morning!
We have defined the policy that we will give the payment of C-off and leave balance end of the year.
So, my question is that it should be entitled for the calculation of ESI & PF and other act. Please give suggestion.

Your query is not clear actually what you want to ask.however no ESI,PF,bonus will be paid on payment of leave encashment or compensatory off.
