Need Help Writing a Letter to Close My PF Account After Resignation – Any Advice?

Dear Seniors, please guide me on how to write a letter to my previous employer to close my PF account. I resigned from my employer one month ago and had worked there for more than 2 years. Kindly suggest. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Whether you have submitted your resignation or not, if you have submitted your resignation, the PF account will be closed, and the employer will send PF Form 10 mentioning your departure. After that, you will need to send the settlement forms No. 19 and 10D. That's all.
