Dear Sir,
I am working in a Public Sector Unit. I find it difficult to extract work from some of my subordinates. They always like to enjoy all facilities and provisions availble in the Organization. But they do not give even a reasonable output for the company. Please give some suggestions how to handle such people. Our org. is an union dominated one. Please keep this in mind.
